Dinner Entrees

Our chicken and steaks are all natural and raised without hormones, the steak comes from Rapid River Valley Farm.  Our salmon and tuna are wild, caught by line and not by net.

BBQ Dinners

*Our BBQ is served FRIDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11AM - 9PM AND SUNDAY FROM 11AM - 3PM.  Our succulent BBQ is lovingly prepared from start to finish by our in-house chef.  Our chicken and pork are all natural and of the highest quality.  All of our marinades, rubs and sauces are made from scratch using only the finest imported natural spices.  Our traditional side items are homemade and guaranteed to stimulate your taste buds.

  • BBQ Chicken Dinner - Our BBQ is marinated for 24 hour before being slow cooked and hardwood smoked for a number of hours.  Finally, it is finished over high heat with your choice of our homemade coffee raisin or spicy chipotle BBQ sauce.

  • 1/2 chicken dinner plate with 2 sides                                    $10.95






  • BBQ Braised Spare Rib Dinner - Our BBQ ribs are rubbed with a secret blend of spices 24 hours before being slow cooked and hardwood smoked for a number of hours then braised in the oven with apple juice and aromatic vegitables until they are "fall off the bone " tender.  Finally, the are finished over high heat with your choice of coffee raisin or spicy chipotle BBQ sauce..

*Our appetizers are served with dinner every Friday and Saturday from 4pm - 9pm.  All of our homemade appetizers are made from scratch and come from only the finest fresh ingredients prepared to perfection for your fine dining experience.
